How to enter
Three steps. It takes about two minutes.

- Send us your name, your child's age and the area you live in.
- Tell us about your child — write us a letter or send a voice note. What would a free year change for your family?
Who can enter
- Any child who will be 2 to 5 years old on 1 January 2027.
- Your family must be able to bring the child to MomGreta in Mabuya Park, Vosloorus.
- One entry per child. You may enter for more than one child.
- You do not need to be a MomGreta family already. Most entrants are not.
- Staff of MomGreta and their immediate families may not enter.
If you don't win
You still start for less
One family wins the year. But every family who enters and then joins us for 2027 gets the Founding Family Package — no registration fee, no deposit, and a free school uniform.
That means January costs you one month's fee and nothing else — R1 695 instead of R3 045.

South Africa's registration norms allow one adult to twenty children aged three to four. We run at twelve, and add an assistant at fourteen. A child in a group of twelve gets noticed several times more often.

- Their own nap cot and their own chair. Nobody shares a bed.

The rules, in plain words
- Entry is free. You will never be asked to pay anything to enter or to win.
- Entries close 26 October 2026. The winner is announced on 2 November 2026 and contacted directly.
- The winner is chosen on their submission — the letter or voice note you send us — and the choice is overseen and certified by an independent person outside the school.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and applies to the 2027 school year at MomGreta.
- Your details stay with us. We use your number to reply to you and to tell you about places and offers, only if you agree. Ask us to stop and we stop.
The full competition rules are available free of charge — ask at the school or request them on WhatsApp and we will send them to you.
This competition is run by MomGreta Preschool, 935 Molokomme Street, Mabuya Park, Vosloorus, and is a promotional competition in terms of section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Prize value R21 860, made up of twelve months' tuition at R1 695 (meals, stationery, toiletries and care until 18:00 included), the R500 registration fee waived, and a uniform pack valued at R1 020. Open to children aged 2 to 5 on 1 January 2027. One entry per child. Employees of MomGreta Preschool and their immediate family members may not enter. Ratio norms quoted are the adult-to-child standards applied by the Department of Social Development when registering early childhood development programmes. Fees are subject to annual review.
