With over twenty years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Leilah Guerrero is a passionate and dedicated educator committed to nurturing young minds during their most formative years. Throughout her 20+ year career, she has worked in a variety of educational settings, supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children from diverse backgrounds.

Mrs. Guerrero creates inclusive learning environments where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. She is a strong advocate for play-based learning and developmentally appropriate practices, continually evolving her approach to align with current research and best practices.

Mrs. Guerrero mentors educators and contributes to curriculum development and staff training initiatives for Mom Greta Preschool.
